Keith Goodall
Keith established the practice in 1989. Prior to this he was a partner in the National Chartered Accounting firm of Lawrence Andersen Buddle which at that time was the Arthur Andersen associated firm in New Zealand which was then one of the major eight international accounting and consulting firms.
Keith has had over 30 years experience in the chartered accounting profession in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. A large part of his professional work is involved in providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, valuing businesses and shares in companies, undertaking forensic accounting assignments and providing advisory services with respect to corporate structuring and financing.
Keith is currently Chairman of several major private company groups, Deputy Chairman of a substantial charitable Trust involved in education services in New Zealand and internationally and a non-executive Director of a significant telecommunications company. He has previously sat on the Boards of public companies both in New Zealand and Australia and also held appointment as a Government appointee to a substantial state owned business.
Keith has regularly given evidence as an expert in Family Court and High Court proceedings as well as in arbitrations and mediations since 1984.
Wade Glass
Wade joined KGA in 2011.
Wade has advised a number of businesses on acquisitions, divestments and capital raisings, together with the preparation of independent expert's reports and due diligence reports.
Wade's principal area of practice is in consulting, including valuations, financial model development and corporate advisory. Wade regularly presents courses on the topics of business valuation and financial model development.
Wade places a priority on "walking the talk" and has been involved with the establishment of various businesses. Wade believes that the best way to advise clients is to understand the experience of business ownership, and risk, at a personal level.
Carien Louw
Carien joined KGA Limited 10 years ago and is now a Senior Associate in the firm.
Carien has worked in the Chartered Accounting profession since 1984 and has extensive experience in management, project and forensic accounting, auditing and tax. Working closely with clients she has an in-depth understanding of all aspects of accounting in a variety of corporations varying in size. She provides personal service to clients with a strong focus on delivery.
In the past 6 years Carien has been an integral part of the practice management of KGA and ensures that the firm provides all clients with quality service. She liaises directly with third parties on behalf of the clients to provide an all emergency service.
Before coming to New Zealand she had her own Commercial and Financial Consulting practice in South Africa.
